Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return process.
